Congratulations on the opening of a BRAND NEW Dry-Cleaning Plant in Katy, Texas. Green Oaks Dry-Cleaners, is a state-of-the-art dry-cleaning plant that is catered to the customer. The dry-cleaning store is equipped with a Unipress Thunder TD-2 Shirt machine as well as the Unipress & Hi-Steam finishing equipment. Green Oaks chose the Union Dry Cleaning Products HL-890 hydrocarbon machine. Gulf States provided the store layout and store design as well as marketing. We firmly believe the success of a dry-cleaning plant is choosing the right equipment.

The store is not only a vended laundry store, but also offers the customer washed and pressed garments, the shirts are able to be processed by the Unipress Hurricane Series HS2, Jeans are processed on a Unipress DLZ Double Legger & Unipress DTZ Double Topper, and of course the clothes are washed & dryed in a Alliance Laundry Systems Huebsch Washer, with Galaxy controls.

MW Cleaners, decided to build a beautiful award winning dry-cleaning and laundry plant in Austin, Texas. President Mike Nesbit, had a very intelligent idea to introduce the route business into the Austin area. The plant offers large warehouse space, and an efficient layout designed by Mr. Mike Nesbit himself.
